About me

Hey I’m Natasha, wall muralist, interior designer and mummy to a gorgeously cheeky little girl.

I aim to celebrate and showcase fun, colourful and playful interiors for children.

This blog will give you the inspiration for your little ones rooms and you can get handy tips and tricks to create nurseries, bedrooms and playrooms to be proud of. I’ll share my knowledge and tell you my story of what I do and love.

I have been a freelance Interior Designer for fast approaching 10 years. I have worked with various local designers creating schemes for a huge range of briefs, from helping to deliver complex designs for high end London clients in Belgravia, flats within listed buildings in Mayfair, to small living room projects in Milton Keynes with budgets a fraction of the size. I have worked alongside all types of trades and spent some time working for an architect to understand the bones of a space.

I love Interior Design, creating spaces for people, to make a house a home, it fills me with so much excitement and pride.

In 2019, I had my little girl and my life shifted focus. You realise what is important in life and strive to get a balance between parenthood and a career. I wanted to create a fun and unique space for her, starting with her playroom (an unused conservatory in our house). So I decided to hand paint a mural onto the walls and create a magical woodland themed room.

And now, I design and hand paint wall murals for a living. Bringing out my creative side and producing childrens rooms that they love and show off to everyone proudly.

I believe a home should be a reflection of who you are, the madness that is family, it should be made up of things that you love, that captures your heart, not the “in” style – your style should be as unique as you are and you should be proud of that. Colours and styles change but a heart makes a home.
