Invoices will be sent along with final design concept with all the payment details due to the personalised nature of every piece.
Accessories & Gifts:
Payment for these items are required upon design approval, so once you are happy with the design and product type. It can then be made, painted and dispatched.
No changes or cancellations can be made after this point – see Refund Policy for more
Design fees will be agreed up front, and will be based on design, complexity and size of room
Once the design has been confirmed, a 50% deposit will be required up front to cover the cost of the materials for the project and also to book your chosen day.
The fee for the service is set out in the design invoice that will be sent alongside the project contract, payments should be made by cash or bank transfer (the details of which are on the invoice)
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.
