Refund Policy

This policy sets out the returns policy for goods or services purchased through Little Personality Interiors

Damages & Issues:

Please check your order once you have received it and contact us immediately if the item is faulty or damaged, so that we can make it right.

We will require proof of damage to confirm a replacement product.

Returns:

Due to the personalised service provided on every order, unfortunately returns can not be accepted as it has been specially designed just for you.

If there is any issue with your order and you aren’t 100% happy with the product we can offer a replacement.

Cancellations & Amendments:

Please contact me as soon as possible if you are wanting to cancel or change your order. If your order has already been made, I will not be able to refund or change your order.

Missing Items

Please get in touch if you haven’t received your order once the item has been dispatched. Please allow 7-10 days before getting in touch to allow any delays in delivery services.
